I just got done installing my oem fog lights, but I have one slight problem. I had to take the bumper off, and when I did I tore the piece where the screw goes into by accident and now mu bumper can't be installed properly. So my question is, do I need a new bumper?

Are you talking about the screw right on the inside of the front of wheel well? Those are the only actual screws that I can think of that in the event the thread was damaged could affect the mounting of the bumper.
