hahahah yes, yes it would

that's where the standings come from... the final track time with the specific driver....
that's why they were talking about whether or not it qualified as a street car.. going over speed bumps and such. because they were justifying running it on that track and comparing it to the other street cars
it came in 2nd, right behind the saleen

2001 and up is the 220hp JDM K20A which is what the Atom uses
