k20z3 question!

So my friend gave me a k20z3 and i was wondering if i could boost it to 10psi safely for a dd, with skunk2 valves ,block guard , Apr head studs ,External Oil cooler, injectors and engine bearings? I have done some research and there really isn't much on the k20z3, So i though i would ask you guys to see if you guys think it could handle it.

There's tons of info on each k series motor out there.

Cutting to the chase, your question isn't detailed enough since we don't know what turbo you are running. As a heads up, there have been tons of 400+ whp totally stock internal k series turbo setups running around without issues (so you can see they are strong i'm factory form) but the fact of not knowing the turbo used leaves us with no solid or truly helpful advice

Is the swap in your car yet? If not get that done and then think about turbo. Don't take on two NIGHTMARES at one time.

Sorry about the little bit of info i gave you guys, I typed this when i was mad tired last night. A little info on my car is that is it a 98' civic 4 door with 140xxx miles, It's a 5speed at the moment with a d16,Lowered on Tokico coil overs and soon ot have disc brakes in the back. Now about the k20, well from what my friend told me the engine has around 30xxx on it and it is a long block at the moment. It's in pretty healthy shape. The turbo i have for it is pretty small ( i will get pictures of it soon for you guys!). The engine is not in my car yet but i do plan on it going in by the end of this summer. I have a couple friends who work at Honda and have done k20 swaps before and they said they would help me with the swap . One more question, Since i don't have a tranny yet, should I buy the 6speed or the 5speed awd tranny?

AWD? No stick with either an EP3 or TypeS trans with LSD. And keep a good 2k sitting in the bank for the install and another 1k for "in case s**t happens" fund.
