keep blowing ignition fuse

i have a cd player and 3 gauges hooked up to the wires for the ignition i know thats whats blowin it

i had 2 gauges and the same cd player hooked up to it b4 with no probem

i dont know where else to hookup i've never done it b4 and dont like to mess with electroics if i dont have to... but i have to no

my Q is where do you guys run your power wires to n stuff

I use a spare slot on my under dash fuse pannel.

for your gauges? do you have them so they turn on with accessory or on the ON position with the key

Ohh for guages, I dont have any guages, but I use the fuse pannel for my amp. I guess I was of no help to you. Sorry dude.

Easiest way is to use a test light to figure which slots are constant power and which ones become live when the ignition is on.

use the acc wires straight form the ignition, it is a larger gauge wire and fused a lot higher than the simple radio fuse

you could hook it up straight to the battery and integrate a switch. or, just go from the fuse box.

What 3 guages do you have? Your CD player should be ran off a remote wire...
