Did you check the battery on the key fob?

yes battery is good. all fuses are good. not even the switch on the door works? is this because it does not have the factory radio in it?

Yeah you need to wire in your factory radio.

I'm assuming your dome light doesn't react to the door either right?

With it being a dx, are u sure it even has power locks? Or did the previous owner just put a door panel on it from a car with power options?

Take off the door panel and see if he switch is hooked up. If not, see if there is a plug on the door harness. Im guessing there most likely wont be since the dx didnt come factory with power options.

Yes, there will be. That will include your speaker wire. As well as for power windows and locks. But it is much smaller on cars with manual windows and locks.

If you remove the screw that holds the door lock to the door panel, it will come off. Then if there is not a plug from the door wiring harness that connects to the power door lock switch, then u either dont have power locks, or it is somewhere inside the door, if its there plug it up.
