Keyless Entry Stoped Working!

My car stopped starting in a weird way. When i turned the ignition on, nothing turned on. I recharged the battery and it started. The next day my car died and nothing worked, my starter wouldn't turn over even with a jump. It ended getting towed to a shop. I have a new starter now but my keyless entry doesn't work. They didn't bother fixing it even though I told em'. I thought they were idiots anyway.

My battery is almost 3yo and puts out 12.6 volts.
My windows work
I checked all my fuses
I replaced my remote battery.

I need some advice. Ill be lookin up info in the mean time.

I don't have a deck, but i tried this anyway. Anyone got any ideas on how i can program my keyless remote?

Yeah, mine doesn't work either now that I've got an aftermarket deck in the car. Pretty f'in lame.

With the keyless entry, its where you put in the key and have all the remotes present, then perform a certain sequence to program the keyless.

you might need to reprogram it.
