got this nice kicker amp but the s**t goes into protection mode as soon as i turn the car on...i read on google it says its because it gets over heated....how am i suppose to get it to cool down?? and is there a way to overthrow it??

sometimes alot of brands like sony amps have sensative protect switch and will not go back to normalvinnybones said:
even though your amp is fine . on some amps when you touch positive and negative the protect light can
only be on when a little hair of a wire was burnt because of what happen and someone needs to open it
and find that little thin s**t of a wire and attach a new one (and yes some do it on perpos so you can
take it back to them and make money off you and replace something so stupid
