knocking sound whats the problem?!!

i've been hearing a knocking sound coming from the engine bay. i hear it clearly when i go over bad streets or bumps & when i change gears. are my motor mounts loose? i just installed new innovative billet motor mounts. plz help!!

It could be the mounts. Did it start as soon as you changed them? Have you checked them out yet?

check them out and hopefully it isnt the rear mount (hardest to change). but even still just remove IM and got full access to it
