yes you are right. here in austria everything that you change in your car will have to be approved by the government(agency). everything will have to be checked if it is safe for use on the road. you need all the supporting documents for your parts. even to change the size of your rims and wheels is complicated.
here is the equation.
government approved tuning part+accredited installer shop(30-50 per hour charge)+agency approval(39euro per item)= a very nice tuned car.
if you have the money to shell out, then you can really tune your car well.

looks good man, CC's reach is extending even further internationally. Props on the verse although unfortunately CC doesn't get along too well on the issue of religion, but there's a few of us on here. Says a lot that you have kinda stuff on your car with everything that it takes to do so, here a 16 year old kid gets his car and can just slap this that and the other on his car.
