Launch control: 92 civic eg

I want to know what do i need to get to have a 2 step launch control on my 92 hatch. Do i need a ecu hondata? Or i could get a p28 with hondata that i could just plug n play. Any ideas

There are many options out there for you. I believe many ways (including MSD, ECU chipping, Piggy backs, stand alone ECU's ) that get you two step and can change your red line. But I think I would get and install exhaust "cut outs" before I got a two step. good luck.
PS, two step does nothing if you're not boosted. Just my opinion.
