Leather Interior

I've seen some civic hatches around here that have leather interior in them. Do any model civics come stock with that interior or is it swapped from another car?

I do not believe any civic comes with that stock.. at least not the USDM ones lol.. I havent seen to many with leather interior.. vinyl sticky s**t is the norm.

i don't think civics ever came with leather, but i could be wrong. you could get integras with leather though, because i've seen them with black leather before. mmmmm leather. anyway, i'm guessing they are either swapped or stock reupolstered with leather.

i used to work at a honda delership....you could get leather in civics but the dealership paid someone to do it for them or someting it was top $$$ though......it looks really good

chances are they were leather 94-01 integra seats which are a direct bolt in for eg civic seats

But what about the rear seats, I've seen a local civic that had leather rear seats also.

again, my guess is they had them reupolstered in leather. they might have integra seats in the front, or they might have had them all redone by a some stitch shop. if the car(s) are local, why don't you try to talk to the owner(s) sometime and ask them where they got them or had them redone?

With 5 gen civics you can stick 94+ integra leather in them front and rear seats. They fit pretty nicely. Thats most likely what you seen.

yea i forgot to say the rear seats go right in too....if you can find a junked one it shouldnt run you much more than a few hundred...otherwise you looking at mad g's to get custom upholstry

i love the integra seats... they look ten times better then the stock civic seats. im getting me a set of front teg seats as soon as i can

i didn't know the rear seats would swap right in too. you learn something new everyday
if thats the case, they yeah, i bet they are integra swapped. you could have them redone in leather, but like they ^^^ said it would be hella expensive. some people pay that though....
i still say try to talk to them though. it never hurts to have some more civic friends

yeah, custom upholstery is $$$$$ - I remember seeing a custom motorcycle seat that was $500, and that's just for a tiny seat on a chopper. A front seat has to have at least 3x the surface area to cover/stitch, I'd guess somewhere around $1000 a car seat... but they can do cool stitch-designs for ya, so that outta justify the cost.

i know this place here in T.O. that does your whole interior for about $3000 canadian. That includes seats, carpet, doors, dash and anything else in there you can think of.Just for seats it was about 1000. which isn't bad... and they had a bunch of pics up of work they have done and they don't do a bad job at all. I guess it just depends on where you go.
