Leather seats??!!

Okay! i was in a junkyard today. There were some parts from `98 EX Coupe. i was fckin surprized then i saw da seats!!
i did not know what a EX can have leather seats

are 300$ for all seats in top condition a good deal or not??

yea, I saw a 5th gen hatch with leather seats, it was a cx if I remember right. It was weird, the car wasn't done up either it was an old POS with rust all over.

never heard of that. umm 300 for some leather seats doesn't sound bad at all so get them if you like them.

is that 300 dollars or euros? im not sure the availablity of the parts over there but over here, you can get front mint leather gsr seats for $200. if thats for front and back leather seats, its a good deal for a rare optional oem honda leather seats. i prefer integra seats over civic, civic seats are not confortable.

i have gsr leathers in my hatch, and they cost me $280 for teh front and back. my post is in interiors if you want to see it. anyway, the ex probably had those leathers swapped into it, i have never heard of a civic coming with factory leathers. at any rate, buy them. four bolts on each front seat and you´ll be happy. the back is kind of retarded, but maybe not if you´re driving a coupe or sedan.

i have seen some leather Si seats in a few 6th gen Si's....they say SI stiched into the upper backrest of the seat. they were nice as hell but i cant find them on many civ's...i wanna buy them!

My CX has black vinyl seats, if that's what you're talking about. I don't like em, they rip way too easily, and they are hot in the summer and cold in the winter. And you slide around too much.

^^ the ones you seen are real oem honda leather seats, i seen a whole bunch of costum si seats. my friend had some real oem honda leather seats in his 00 si, the seats are optional parts from honda. the civic si leather seats are flat black like the 00-01 gsr.

i have a mate who has a 4th gen CRX with OEM Honda leather seats.

260 Euros or 300$. it is the same. the price is for front and back. color is very dark grey.
the seats are not comfortable, that is why i am still thinking and have not already bought them.
i wanted to buy some sports seats (from Sparco, Corbeau or Konig) and then wrap them in leather....

yea, while that is a decent deal, i would try to hold out for some more supportive ones. civic seats arent the best ever, i like integra seats or prelude seats(tho i dont know how well, if at all, they swap in a civic). of course you could do what you said and get a name brand seat...that works too, but it will be considerably more $$

yes, a lot more $$. like the Konig seats, but they cost round 500$ per piece

personally I would not buy leather seats for my car. They get freaking burning hot in the sun and crack if you don't take care of them. I rather just get some sparco or bride bucket seats with regular material.

yeah like my cousin's RSX S seats r all cracked and get really hot in the sun... but ima buy them from him and take the leather off and replace it with sparco meterial...

as i live pretty up in north it does not get very hot in summers...
