LED Bulb Problem

Not 100% sure on the exact reasoning but have a possible idea to the problem so thought I would ask.

I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX Hatchback. I recently started to replace my exterior light bulbs with LED ones. 90% of them are now LED except for my H4 high and low beams and H3 fog lights.

I know that I either need a LED resistor or a electronic LED flasher relay. The lights did begin to flash quickly but still were working. Then I replaced the last set for the front turn signals and now they don't work at all. All the lights stoll work and stay on just won't blink, make noise, even the cluster doesn't indicate they are engaged.

Thinking since I converted most of them including both front and rear turn signals to LED that it's not registering the loaf and need a new electronic LED flasher relay.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help and info.

Just checked if the lights blink with the hazard button pushed and they do work and they blink at normal speed. But still not at all when I use my turn signals by themselves.

The LED bulb wattage for all the turn signals is so low that the relays don't pick them up so they just stay on when engaged. Inline resistors for each bulb will correct that, or getting far lower relays.
