License plate light cover?

Hey CC I have a 98 DX hatch and I'm trying to attempt to change my rear license plate lights. But my problem is I don't know how to take these covers off haha. If anyone has an idea as to how to do this, that would be helpful!

Ps it doesn't have screws or anything

mine had two philips screws holding it on.

some do, some just have the plastic clip, i guess its according to where it was made, and the years
