License plate relocater...tell what you think...

sup guys i just installed my license relocater...it looks decent but i think it would look better if it was sitting more to the right...the problem is i already drilled holes and i'm not sure how to push it to the right more...thats as far as it goes towards the right...o and yes i know i need a lip....had a si lip but 2 weeks ago it ripped off..haha (damn rain...)...still trying to find another one...haha..

I heard they are trying to make it a law where you need a front plate also. Just another way for a you to get a ticket when speeding/running a red light.
