Light on cluster stop working

I'm kinda new to the car stuff so if anyone can help thank you....
I was driving my civic on the road and hit this hard bump and suddenly the light for the cluster stopped working..
the brake light and seat belt lights show still but not the light for the cluster,
any body know how to fix this?
also my horn isn't working, i can't even press down on it it feels like it can't be pushed

this could be a number of things..... as for the cluster lights you should check each non working bulb to see if the bump damaged the bulb by breaking the filaments..... also check your fuses


as for the horn the bump could of disconnected a wire or so.... check around the horn itself for loose wires
