lights going out

hey all, i gotta question for everyone on this one. it seems since the cold weather my lights have been acting odd. whenever i have parking lights on and switch to the driving head lights all the lights on the dash go out for about 3 seconds and come on. also when this started to happen, my front right head light is now out, BUT the high beam works on that. any ideas? could it be the connector, since i took that off and it seems to have crap on it, tried cleaning it off but no good. i really need help on this!

looks like you have a headlight low beam that is out...check the grounds......check fuses. it also just be the cold but those are the best things that i could think of right now

thanks, i'll try and get on that tomorrow., maybe i can barrow my friends multimeter. and yeah, its just the low beam thats out..thats about it. thanks though
