definetly the person in the car. he had a stop sign and failed to see it bein' safe to cross the road because of the white van. trucker did not need to stop or yield or anything. i'd say the person in the car just f**ked himself and if there was a family in there over....

edog is correct. although the car did come to a complete stop at one point, it did not yield to oncoming traffic. hopefully the cops will be "nice" and not issue him a ticket...

Mainly it's because of ricers like you who run your car all over the street and think you're hot s**t because you have a civic with 1 mod and some lighting on it.
I don't street race, my car doesn't have a retarded body kit or dumbass double decker warrior wing or lights all over it making it look like an arcade game. I'm the one that the V8 guys actually respect because my car doesn't look like a cartoon and it's got some power to make it move thanks to the fully built engine that I turbocharged. Don't you ever get off telling me I'm the one making civic owners look bad. I'm the one trying to actually keep the tiny shred of dignity that tuned Civics still have.....

And the way you make us look bad is not by anythgin that you do to your car or by where you race it. It's by you being an a*****e. Oh, and I don't have any extra lighting except for figlights. OEM foglights. I aslo don't street race (no race on tracks as I haven't been able to modify my car for it to be worthwhile to race anyway). I don't like body kits either. I have an OEM wing. Came on the car. Big f**king deal. I definately don't think that I am or my car is hot s**t because of a CAI or tint.
