That depends on his settings. I don't receive an email when I get a PM. Not like it would matter much, I check CC more than I check my email

He is on a bunch of sites including HT, some DSM/Mitsu sites, and even an airbrushing site (info found through a 1 second google search).

If it is that important, try sending messages through the other sites.
