Looking For Honda Civic ESI '94 ECU

Hi. My ECU is busted. Already is when i bought it.

Can anyone point me to where I could buy a replacement? OEM, Stock, 2nd Hand or what-have-yous.

Preferably someplace online, accepts deliveries and totally legit and credible.

Or maybe a store in the Philippines that sells it? Address, phone numbers, etc.
