Looking for Honda Original Parts

My Mechanic was like go find

"Inner and outer steering ends /rack ends
Upper cradles,
Lower cradles or bushes.
Stabilizer links
6 x Rear suspension arms
Original Honda shocks"

I was like, eh? So I been googling around but these names seems to not be in the websites I found. Are there proper names for these?

Inner and outer tie rods*
Upper cradle I would assume he means front upper control arm
Lower same thing, front lower control arm
Idk about stabilizer links (maybe for sway bar?)
What's he need six rear suspension arms for? There shouldn't be a need to replace all the arms on the rear. Believe they are rear lower control arm and rear upper.
Honda makes good stuff but I would much rather buy after market shocks

I would be leary to trust a mechanic that cant even tell you the correct names for the parts to order.

He's in Trinidad, they refer to things differently in other parts of the world.

Will it not be cheaper for him to buy the parts from a local Honda dealership than shipping a item from the US? I imagine there will be extra shipping and customs cost.

You really hard up for OE parts? You're looking at stupid $ for legit Honda parts for all of that.
