Looking to buy

my first civic. Any recommendations looking to spend 2000-4000 on it be a project/daily driver. I want to turbo at some point and run about 12 pounds of boost through it. So what models and engines do you recommend?

Are you talking about 2-4k after the purchase price?
If so, then that sounds reasonable on a turbo set up.

If you want to spend 2-4k total it could probably be done with cheap parts but i wouldn't recomend it.

So is it 2-4k after or before the purchase price of the civic?
