Some of you might remember my car, for those that don't

Finally got some lighter wheels, picked up a set of Hx's for 100 bucks. I need to get a decent camera to take better pics. Only a couple of more things I need to get before she's back in business.

shoulda kept the 18s...the Hx rims dont look NEARLY as good on your car and I am not an 18 in wheel fan, but they looked good on your car

Ditto to all. You're 18"s looked great (and I never suggest that big of a rim). Good buy on the HX's, but I would just use them for winter.

yep, liked the 18s better. you just needed a front and rear lip and you car would have looked 10x's better imo

same here. those e18s looked good....very rarely do they look good.....you should have gotten the low hanging front lip and lower side skirts to offset the 18's

I really need to get another camera, sadly the car isn't in a good enough condition for a decent photoshoot

I agree with most of you, I like the way the 18's look but the 14's handle better, better gas mileage, acceleration, blah blah. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks I'll have the my mismatching parts matched, lips, sideskirts and the thing slammed on 14'zzzzzz. I'm probably gonna keep the 18's, get them repolished and put them on occasionally or just sell them.

if you could get your 18inches in a smaller size, like same style but like 15, 16 that would be awesome, because im with everyone else when i say the 18s looked better Style wise...but everything else its' the HXs for the win.

everyone is comparing two totally unlike things (which obviously you have to since that IS what this post is about).. of course most of you liked the 18's better.. its a MUCH better picture, and they are aftermarket shiny clean rims with shiny low profile tires compared to stock and painted.. im sure if he takes some better pics and maybe cleans them up a tad they would look fine..

the ONLY issue i actually see.. is the back looks lower than the front.. thats the only thing throwing it off for me..
