ls motor+ ctr heads + turbo = ?

hey guys, i'm working on my swap but i just had a question I hope someone could answer it. I am in the process of gettin' an LS motor into my ej8. I am wondering what the HP range would be around if I got CTR heads and then turbo'd it at around 6-10 psi. This is still gonna take some time as the motor i got didn't come with P/S or A/C but I plan on gettin' them back and into the civic cause it would also be my daily driver till I blow it up. then I would get a new car.

thanks for your answers ahead of time. sorry i didn't find anyone who had that exactly so i started a new thread.

p.s. it also has a type R tranny too.

you dont get "ctr heads" there is only one "head"
why blow it up? put money into a good setup tune it right dont run any stupid boost numbers and its a solid ...fast dd all day long

well that was constructive and helpful. I can't really give you any numbers because I dont have any experience with ls/vtec swaps or with boost, but I do know that you're going to have to post up what turbo you're planing on running to get any sort of numbers.

off the wall guess on hp without alot of detail = mid 200's. you don't need the type r tranny... trade me for my ls tranny.

with the head swap and a OEM gasket your lookin at 9.5-9.7 CR still ok for turbo and with a nice setup you can push good numbers, but like others said i wouldnt AIM to blow it get a tune and it could last for a few years.

6psi = around 170/180 hp

10psi= around 200/210 hp
