Doing a ls/v-tec what are all the thing do you need to do to have a successful swap?And do you have to use the b16 wiring harness and ecu?

forget the ls/vtec and go b16a...but this s**t has been covered b4 just do a search man

ls/vtec will tear a b16a apart! (if you use the gsr head) once you do the swap, turbo it and you'll have mucho power.

read this: click here I bet you won't want to do it after reading it. there is so much more work to be done than people say there is.

Thats if you do the VTEC conversion properly. I hear that LS/VTEC's don't last long, but that was proved wrong.

as reported in that post, it is much more in who builds the motor and how it is driven than anything else that decides reliablilty. it needs to be very professionally done to be reliable, and th at costs money. kids want vtec cheap, and thats why ls/vtec blows up so much. read the sticky, its got lots of good stuff in it.
