Making a Choice

What's up Honda owners.. I have a 99 Civic DX Coupe. It is silver and I want to get rid of the black siding and rear license plate area. I'm wondering what sort of paint should I get and what should I do to make it the same color as the car. "Silver". Now I know painting it, but I need to know what would be the best paint to get and should I sand the parts I want to paint? Also, I am also deciding on whether I should try to sell my car for a 95 Hatchback. I'm wanting to know what the differences are. e.g. Engine and performance. If anyone has any specs or advice please reply. Thanks

well depends on what 95 hatch you get. the si will have 4 wheel disc brakes, z6 motor (127 hp, vtec), and a better transmision. if you are gonna paint your thingees, you could take your car to the honda dealer and ask for the paint code then go to a paint shop and have them do it.
