Manual Door Lock

I recently got a door put on by a friend after they backed into it. The locks worked fine until today when I got to work and couldn't lock my driver side door. It seems like the lock itself is refusing to move. I got inside on my passenger side and was unable to lock it. Anyone got any ideas?

Judging by your user, you must have a '96 Civic EX, which has power locks. So did you have the door changed to manual or do you mean it still has power locks and you cant lock it by switch or manually? If so, remove the door panel and inspect the linkage & clips.
