manual window problems please help

I got a 96 hatch. With none power windows. I'm not really sure. What I should do.. should I just replace the whole door.. the problem is the window keeps coming of track. I've adjusted the left and right side.. sprayed the traxs with lube hinges everything.. the window seals are bad.. the window is hard to roll up and down. Should it replace the whole door or replace tracks and seals..

Replace the window regulator.

that is happening to my 96 ek also! im going to try and replace the window regulator first

I had this problem when I first bought my car, I changed the regulator and kept it lubed and it fixed the problem. I got a regulator from a junkyard for cheap.
