Manual Windows + Power

I would like to convert my crank windows to power... Well sort of, the catch is I want to keep my cranks for the ability to roll down the window if need be. I have seen a post on how to do it with keeping the cranks but it was ages ago and I wasn't really thinking about doing it back then. I couldn't find it for the life of me. I drive a 97 DX, without AC, power windows, locks, etc. I live in florida so it can get pretty hot in my car. I'm going to do a power lock setup and wanted to do the windows while I'm at it. (Maybe even a little tint to block some of the sun) It would be nice to beable to roll down all the windows while driving. Having to reach to that rear passenger side doesn't seem very safe to do. But as we all know, power windows are not very reliable most of the time. So there is no way I'll do without my cranks.

(Right now for some odd reason you can just roll down my driver side window from the outside. It takes a little bit of work but once it starts to move it just goes right down. My buddies like to steal stuff outta my car as a joke to kinda let me know i gotta fix it.)

I found some decently prices keyless kits so just looking for the rest of the things to complete the setup I want before I order anything. I'm debating whether or not I would like to just grab an alarm while I'm at it or not. So last but not least, what are your oppinions on alarms. Is there any with like gps tracking, cause alarms are great and all but if they bypass it and tow your car. GPS would be pretty amazing.

im sorry, i have never heard of something so hardheaded, why do you want the f**king cranks still? you can roll down the window with the switch, do you think that its either up or down with power windows. Your regulator is f**ked on the helpfull side. i feel dumber by even acknowledging this question.
