Manuel boost controller...need advice

I try 2 different manuel boost controller and i can't seem to get it to work. Here is where i need advice on.on the wastegate there is 2 vaccum nipples one on top and one on the bottom. Which nipple should i hook up the vaccum hose, the top one or the bottom one? And let say if i hook up either one, should the one that is not being hook up....do i block it of or just leave it alone??

that help a little but which valve do i use the bottom one or the top one on the wastegate?

I figure it out...i have to block of the top nipple thinggy.

one of them should go to a vacuum source, the other goes to your boost controller
