so after notifying the BBB (better business bureau) and requesting a refund from my credit card company, Massive Crappysports finally got back to me via email.. she said that they were out of the office for training..... TRAINING FOR WHAT???? What a good business they are to leave and not tie up loose ends. So to make a long story short i finally got a refund from them.... I would have rather received the part i ordered. OH WELL
