is it possible to put a cloth roof in a 5th gen civic from a 6th? to get rid of that gross grey vynal crap? maybe stupid but i've never seen it done or many people talking about it.. just intrested to know

I doubt you could just remove and put in that easily..just make your own? I dunno.. I saw an old accord with zebra material over the dash and pillars.. theres you an idea.. haha..

It would be fairly easy to recover your vinyl one. I have been meaning to do that, If I do I'll write up a how-to.

Shhhhhh, don't tell my g/f....It's hard enough trying to tell her that zebra doesn't belong in the house (I sacraficed the bedroom)

Yeah, as others have said, you shoudl be able to find a new headliner to replace the vinyl.

I did a quick search and found Top Shop Headliners, which sells carbon fiber headliners among other products. The site has music and a long intro and is a bit annoying... So I just copied the chart from it to show you the selection for Civics.
