Memphis 16-PB1KD and 2- 15" Subs

Okay so i had my 15's wired up to kenwood 750w amp it bumped pretty good. I decided to buy a Memphis 1 ohm amp and hook it up to my subs. For some reason i can not get them to sound as loud as my other amp.Any suggestions?

what 15's are they and what is the voice coil configuraTION

what ohms do you have the speakers wired in. this dictates what power you have. Also, I know it sounds cheesy but its true. All amps are not equal. I had two exact model number amps made within a month of eachother and one amp put out about 50 more watts.
