Have you guys heard of them? Are they a repuable company? Do they sound nice?... Looking at some 12" 400 watt subs from them on sale for 25 bucks.. so if they sound decent I might pick em up.

Haven't heard many good things about them, they're a smaller audio/video company that makes affordable components comparable to the Pyle audio stuff you can get out of a JC Whitney catalog. Its not horrible, but its not good. In some cases, stock is better than it, as far as getting a cheap sub, its never worth it. My advice is to save that $, and look around for good deals on higher quality components, you'll be with out bump for a bit, but it will pay off. As unlikly as it sounds, check www.overstock.com and of course ebay for good deals.

Don't buy those no name electronics, if you appreciate good sounding audio you will steer clear of that cheap horseshit.


What I do to find nice/affordable brand name electronics is find the product number of some infinity/alpine/pioneer/etc components and then type it in to www.froogle.com

If you want something still affordable without cheaping out that sounds great, Alpine's Type-S line is always a good choice.
