Missing dust cover for drum brakes

Anyone know where I can get the small rubber dust cover that you remove to adjust drum brakes?

Local parts store don't have them. Tried eBay but can't find any for a 98 civic.

Anyone know which other ones might work?

Its called the adjuster plug and I see it available through an online dealership, so it must be available at local dealerships.
