more problems !

so i installed 450cc dsm injectors along with a resistor box..got my p28 chipped connected with a brand new obd2b to obd1 harness..and with the new ecu i cant start it.no fuel pump sound or anithing..when i hook it back up to stock ecu i can hear the fuel pump..what could be the problem?

wierd. i have a chipped p28 as well with 450 dsm and didn't have the problem

edit: just talked to my friend. he said try turning on the car with the orig ecu. that way you can rule out the injectors being a problem. if it starts you might wanna have the p28 looked at.

i thought it might of been the ecu so i just borrowed my friends ecu and still the same thing..i thought it was the harness also so i borrowed his too..still nothing...damn..im confused now..resistor box and injectors are working fine..with my obd2b ecu the car will start..just runs rich and putters

are you sure you got the correct harness? at least with your problem you can narrow it down to only a few things ya know?

yea i've tried two obd2b harness's..first one i was fishy about..but when i borrowed my cousin's perfect almost brand new harness..i was just confused on why it wouldnt work..i've narrowed it down..and since i check w/e i thought it could be..im stumped now..

i dont have aim =/..but it cant be a fried ecu because with the first p28 i have i knew it wasnt fried but got another one to just try..and the second one did the same thing and i know the second one isnt fried either..i've talked to a few tuners..there kinda low on ideas on wats up too

On obd2b, did they change the configuration because of the stricter emmisions?

i've been hearing that i need an obd2A - obd1 harness?..i don t understand that one

car is a 00 hx

sigh..why are honda's so confusing..jp haha..man now i gotta find a obd2a..after looking so hard for a local seller selling obd2B..
