What would upgrading the top-end of an engine do with a turbo benifiet? Would it be worth it I'm talking like stainless valves, titainium springs/retainers, and a port and polish....what benifiets would you see? Higher rev capibilities? Could someone explain? Also the bottom end would already be totalty built...
