motor cranks all day but no fire from injectors and will not start

so I have a d15z1 with a d16z6 head and I cant get it to run, I changed the coil and it started 3 or 4 times.. now the main relay go bezerk an clicks like a crazy.. changed main relay and now I have no fuel pressure and no cel.. switched the old relay back and same thing.. no fuel or cel iv checked all main grounds and fuses. im running a jumper harness to a p28 ecu.. im about to flip sh*t .. any help would be AWSOME! in thinking its something to do with a ground from the ecu..

The fuel pump doesn't prime, right?

When you turn the key to ON(II), does the CEL turn on and remain on steady or does it tun off after 2 seconds?

Any CEL codes?

Is there bright white spark at the plugs?
