Not a good start for your first post.
But... First things first, you need to decide what your end goals are and what you're willing to spend to accomplish that. Can you do it yourself or will you be paying a shop? Do you want a little more pep or do you want a 500000 horse power rocket ship? These things will determine what parts you should need to start looking for. Do you want to spend $2000 for a running swap or do you want to spend $6000+ for a running swap? Before someone can tell you what parts you need (because they very swap to swap) or will work for you, you have to decide what your end goal is.
And really, before you post anymore about this subject, spend a good amount of time searching swaps here and google. The fact that this is your first post tells me you have a lot to learn and discover about the wonderful world of MORE POWER!
