MPFI swap coolant issue

so yesterday i finished up my DPFI to MPFI swap and to my surprise once the fuel pump primed the system it started no problem and ran great! i have one minor problem and its that once the thermostat opens and coolant flows ill notice smoke comming from the left hand side of the manifold underneath it somewhere (its not a bad leak but the smoke is noticable). ive looked at all the lines and there is no noticable leak or wetness.ive searched around and people were saying it could be the coolant tube going from the water pump to the block but i dont think it is.....could it possibly be the iacv leaking down?...idk maybe im missing something. btw its a D15B2 and i used a D16A6 intake manifold.

any input would be nice...i wana get this bad boy a little road time here soon

are your sure you dont have a leak from the thermostat housing or maybe iacv leaking or the lines from the iacv or could be the line to thermostat housing has a small leak on the bottom somewhere i highly doubt it actually the coolant tube on the back of the block its possible but not very comon.

yeah it wasnt the iacv like i thought, took it off couldnt find any cracks in the manifold or the coolant jackets on it....i put some rtv down and that seemed to do the trick...it will hold till i swap the motor in a couple months.

thanks for the help and input though.
