MSD or Crane Cam, which cap,rotor kit is proven to be the best?

Hi everyone, just like the title says, which one has proven to be the best kit this is going on a d16z6 turbo engine. I like the price of the MSD but just want to see wich one everyone is using. I have seen them for $38 msd and $70 for the crane. don't know whats the diffrence althou the crane kit comes with more stuff on it. keep it coming guys just want to know what u guys using. thank you.

the MDS stuff works great. Youll se a big diffrence speacially after about 4000 rpm range. I had a cap with an external coil, and I have plans to get either a 6a or a 7a. Thats all you really need for starters.
