that looks like a apc short shifter.... if your looking for a cheap shifter which you prolly are if your looking on ebay get the apc ive heard ppl say they suck but ive had mine since the second day i got my civic like 6-7 months ago and i love it just be sure to use the metal bushings they send with it.....it was like 20 bucks shipped

Mugen Short throw Shifter

Mugen infact does make this its a Mugen Quick Shifter, very few places carry them in stock . Password JDM is one of them check it out , reduces throw 45% my shifter only moves like an inch between 3rd and 4th , with no play . GREAT RECOMMEND OVER ANY OF THE ADAPTERS THAT JUST MAKE THE SHIFTER SHAFT SHORTER BUT DO NOT REDUCE THROW OR SHIFT TIME
