Mugen vs. Type-R lips

Since I finally have a decent paying job i am looking into a 4 piece lip kit.. either Mugen style or type-R style. Im thinking ABS plastic. Fiberglass is to fragile and carbonfiber too expensive. It will be painted in the future. Just want some opinions and any pics if you all have any of type-R front/rear lips and mugen front/rear/side skirts.. Here is my car as of now. (front bumper is being replaced with a new OEM one... if any have one for sale (pref black) PM me.

LOL....if you wanna buy real mugen sides....you better start saving up now. The knockoff ones look shitty to me, but nothing beats a mugen front with a type R rear

ah yes, and thank you for finding the pictures :-) greatly appericated. I think ill stick with the cheap-o ones i seem to like them plus I think breakthru had some on his old EG. I like em and thats what its all about so now... any pics of diff EGs with type R and Mugen lips?

definitely Type-R kit. get a front lip skirts and read. with rear upper eg6 spoiler (longer LED break light).

get a CF fron lip...eventualy not getting it painted, the cost will even out

I'm glad you're choosing a lip over a bodykit.

^^ Good point.. I dunno what i was thinking but ill need to get new side skirts along with a new front bumper from Honda. (car was previously wrecked and sideskirts are messed up in fitting and front bumper is all outta whack.)

Here is how my car is now...with my mugen style front lip with the type zero sides. The real mugen's are way too much considering they look almost stock and they cost over $600 unpainted!
(I personally like the type zeros better than the real mugens....but wait...Mugen is JDM, and JDM is kOoL, right!?!?! SCrew that crap IMO! However, I like the Mugen / WW style front lip better than the type r style,but, wait, Type R is JDM, and JDM is KoOl, right?!?!?!
But hey, to each their own!

here it is with the type r front and OEM sides and CTR rear lip. (don't laugh at my interior!) LOL!!! g*d dammit! I can't even refrain from laughing. Ok, you can laugh....
