Music downloading

Ok so im looking for an artist that only has 1 single on itunes for an upcoming album but has 2 previous albums which are not in the itunes store. they're not downloadable from amazon and i cant find any torrents(yes illegal i know). Does anyone have any other LEGAL download locations i can check?

Kswest: thats the weird thing, he's not a smalltime artist. but he's being overshadowed because his songs are being given to another artist on his label to cover and that artist is a topper on the billboard 100
