I live in Upper Michigan. This car has no rust on it in my opinion. I see cars in the high 2000's that are rusted out.

Still.. that's a friggin running vehicle for $150! It's rusty, but not horrendous! I'd be so down for that price.

Yeah, it doesn't look good. Hence the confusion. I'm assuming no one knows what rust is considered up here. I know to everyone else bad rust is what rotors look like after they've been sitting in the rain for a few days
