My 1995 civic coupe, my dream

So I got this car about 8 months ago, it's a little dinged up but I'm hoping to pimp it out and make it a good looking, decently fast civic. Any suggestions on what to do on it? Outside and in I want it to be head turning. I already plasti-dipped my rims red, I'm goin for a red and white color scheme. Any suggestions? Remember I'm on a low budget :/

im assuming its got a d16z6? if its in good shape slap a turbo kit on there to get the most power for your money.
