Ok I'm new to this. But I always look on this site to trouble shoot my car. First let me explain what happen. i turn my car on in the morning to let it warm up. i go inside. when i come back out to go to work i had to drive over a pile of snow. my tire spins and i stall out. i go to crank it but it wouldn't turn over. I have a 92 Honda civic ex 1.5 by the way.. I been trouble shooting for quite some time now and came with some possibility s on what it can be. I tested the coil pack- good. I tested the thing inside the distributor (forgot what it's called) but its connected to the coil pack and has 5 wires hooked up to it. And it was good. I replaced the rotor, and rotor cap. Spark plugs and cables. All good. I check for fuel, got it. Check for spark. Have that as well. I seen on here people saying it could be my ECU or MAP. But everyone says that the check eng. light would come on and stay on. But it shuts off. I tested the MAP and got the right readings. I check for compression. Good. The next thing I'm checking is the crank sen. But won't be able to check that until Friday. (Because of work) well if the crank sen. I's good, what else could it be?... Like i said it cranks but wont turn over (start). I'm running out of ideas.. Please help..
