My 95 DX hatch

Ok, I just got my hatch friday, dont have it yet, we put a down to hold it, and are currently waiting for money from an account to come in, then I go pick it up... Its completely stock, so I have lots to get for it. I plan to get:
-Pioneer deck, and speakers(already ordered)
-clear corners
-chrome halo projector headlights(angel eyes)
-Type-R front and rear lips
-paint the stock steelies black
-new pedals
-new shift knob
-steering wheel cover
-seat covers
-window tinting
-new emblems
-fog lights
-new gauge cluster backing
-tachometer(already have)
-having the side door moldings, handles, and rear spoiler painted body color
-amp and subs(far in the future)

I also have to get the door fixed because the lady i bought it off of has a retaining wall by her driveway, and she started backing up before shutting the door, and snagged the wall, bent the door... It still shuts fine, and seals fine, but its all messed up. I stopped by the body shop on the way home, and they said it would cost $200 max which is cool cuz she knocked $200 off cuz of the door. She was originally asking $3000, then she knocked $300 off cuz the a/c needs to be fixed, then she knocked $200 off cuz the door. So i ended up getting it for $2500...

I only have one pic of the car right now, it is the pic that they had on the ad for the car, once I pick up the car, i will take some more pics and post them up...

EDIT: forgot to mention it has 122k miles on it....

i agree with everything on you plans list except....

..new pedals-- why??

..steering wheel cover-- please dont... honda make nice steering wheels... allbeit they are big.. but look way better the way they are now

..seat covers-- same as above.. just save up for a set of del sol or integra seats if you want something different

..window tinting-- i am just not a fan of it

..new emblems-- paint the ones you have right now flat black, it looks hella bank .. i know from experience

if you are talking to me.. i got rid of the 5th gen because it was ugly ( i ruined it.. lol) and the timing belt and water pump had to be changed.. it had 180000 kms and i sold it for 8400 cdn

I want to get pedals cuz they make the interior look better imo, im just gonna get a set that costs $15 from autozone or somthin...

as for the steering wheel, im not sure what the wheel is like since i havnt driven it... (my dad drove it, because i dont get my permit for another few months)

I want seat covers because from my past experiences, no seat covers=rips in the seat....

window tinting because i live in so cal, and on days like the last few weeks, you appreciate that tinting with the 100+ temps...

as for the emblems, i only have one on the hatch, the one on the hood is missing... but that sounds badass, i think ill pick up one for my hood when i go to the junkyard (i need to pick up a few things that are missing from my car) and paint them flat black... but would they show up on the teal?

Yeah, ive been a member of cc for about a week, and i spend my whole day on cc... I cant wait till i get my liscence, start hitting the meets with you guys... till then i guess ill just stick to the forum, and wait...

I like ek's alot when there done right, lowered ALOT and such, but most people dont lower them enough, theres one at my work with altezzas and 19 inch motegi rims, it almost looks raised up, it looks like he put his hatch on stilts. IMO all hatches own.

thanks alot shizzy... that means alot eh... but ole ''purp'' is going through some minor changes right now.... i just bought some gsr seats... hopefully i can get a new lca, and finally slammmm this biotch, i installed 2 10's and an amp last night, hopefully i can sell the "fake buddy club" rear.. and get my type r lip and get rid of that gawd ugly exhaust... then i'll be happy... so stay tuned

teal hatchies are the way to go. i see you have tach on your list, but what kind? if its an aftermarket, then you could ditch that and look for an ex/si gauge cluster, its all plug and play and you cant beat having a tach while maintaining that stock look. $15 pedals wont do anything except slip. i understand the tint issue b/c living in sunny places cant be hell. and our stock 13's dont fill that wheel gap very good, so pay attention to some suspension upgrades as well. but the price seems ok. i paid 3600 for my 92 dx bout a year ago with 106k and a damn near flawless interior. but it all looks like a good start, so good luck with the hatch and keep us posted!

As for the tach, its a Sun Supertach 2, my dad had it in our 72 land cruiser, but he let me take it cuz the land cruiser is sitting in the garage and doesnt run... I want new wheels, preferably 16", but have to wait till i have the money, so im painting the steelies black till i can get new wheels.... As for suspension, I want to lower it 1.5-2", but its just too expensive, it would run my $700 for the spring and shock kit that i would prolly get, the Tein Basic suspension(I think thats the one)... And I wil be picking the hatch up this weekend, I will post when its here at home, and i will take some pictures to put up...

Ok, my hatch is here at home finally, im going to take pics after i wash it and clean it, because the people i bought it off of didnt clean it at all, and its really dirty... Does anybody know how much work it is to replace the outside door handle? Mine is broken, but they included the replacement, i just have to put it on....

Ok, here are pics of my car, I just took them today, its infront of my house. Notice the bend in the driver door, because the lady backed up before shutting the door and hit it on a retaining wall at her house, i will be getting it fixed soon. I am putting my new sound system in currently, the speakers are not in yet for these pictures, but the head unit is...
