My 97' Honda Civic EX

What's up guys, I'm new and this is my 97' Honda Civic Ex with an F20b swap! I'm actually new to the whole Honda scene as a whole actually, so bare with my infinite questions! I bought this car for a daily but I'm starting to realize that it's gonna be a very fun and interesting build, so I already have some plans! First of all I'm gonna work on getting it to 100% mechanically, it's almost there just a slightly warped driver side axle and a loud humming in the intake coming from either the throttle body or manifold. That's where I'm gonna need some help, does anyone know what that could be? It's just loud really, it don't mess with te driving at all, it's just annoyingly loud! It's red right now, but I want to go black or a dark blue with black(2-tone), and I'm either gonna keep the white wheels or powder coat baby blue. But for now im gonna plasti-dip the roof and trunk, I already did the hood! And right now I'm working on getting an exhaust kit, and here again, I need your help. I'm gonna go with speed daddy cat-back exhaust kit, headers and all! And I'm getting it from eBay, just keeping it cheap! But I can't seem to find where it says it will fit or won't on my car! All it says is that it will fit 92-00 HONDA CIVIC 2/4DR EG/EJ1, wil this still be a match for mine? Anyways I'll post those questions again separately later, here is a few pics of my civic!

I am always amazed that it's 2015 and people say they don't know how to navigate forums, especially from apps like tapatalk where it simplifies everything. It's basically click and go. You figured out how to post an awkward selfie standing on the engine bay as your avatar, you can definitely figure out how to post in the correct sections. I have faith in you. :thumbs up

The forum is broken down in sections. Find the one that fits your question "interior, exterior, 6th gen if it's specific to 6th gen, engine, etc", then post in there making the title to reflect what it is you want. Also include what the car is, what the engine/trans is, the trim, and any mods done to the vehicle so people know exactly what it is you are working on.

Before posting, search. If you can't find it here, google it. 99% of the questions asked have already been discussed throughout the net and have plenty of documentation. 5th and 6th gens have been around for 2 decades and people have been modding them the whole time all the while posting their progress and questions on the net.

Last thing, don't cheap out. You get what you pay for. You buy cheap ass parts, you get cheap ass quality. Save the money and do it right the first time or do it again when it fails and pay more than you would have from the beginning if you would have done it right. There is a reason why those junk kits on eBay don't say exactly what car they fit, because they don't. Most of them fit terribly and are of very poor quality.
