uhhh rust-oleum primer, krylon glossy white, and dupli-color clear coat.

yeah i was split between white and gun metal but i decided i liked white better. autozone sells the gun metal color in dupli-color wheel paint by the way.

just soap and water? its just the same as any other rim luckily. thats all i use anyways and they come out jusssst fine
